Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change any Term or Price without prior notice.  However, where a booking and price has already been agreed the booking will be honoured at that price.

Booking Terms

  • All Bookings are subject to your acceptance of a quote, including the total cost payable
  • Total cost includes all services requested, either as selected from this website or as separately agreed between us in writing, including agreed travel expenses
  • Acceptance of a Quote signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety
  • A Booking Date is not confirmed until your we receive your cleared funds
  • Any change to an agreed Quote must be notified in writing to us immediately.  A revised Quote including a revised total cost payable must be separately confirmed by you before the Booking Date.

We reserve the right to deny changes to a Quote if changes are requested without sufficient notice.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are required in Canadian Dollars
  • 100% of your payment is due at time of booking your services.  *Exception: larger bookings of 6 or more services where a 50% deposit of the total payable is required at time of booking.
  • Deposits : For bookings where we accept deposits we accept Interac email transfer and major credit through a secure online website.  Deposits are non-refundable.  Your final balance is due a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  If we do not receive the final balance within 48 of your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.  Your deposit will be non-refundable.
  • Balance : We accept Interac e-Transfer (Interac email money transfer) and major credit cards through a secure online website. 
  • Personal and business cheques are not accepted
  • Final cost adjustment : any adjustment to the final cost resulting from a change to a Quote will be accounted for in the balance payment due 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Interac email money transfer and credit card payments: funds must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment otherwise we reserve the sole right to cancel your appointment. 

Bookings

  • Full payment of services is required at the time of Booking.  Your appointment will not be confirmed until payment is received
  • Weddings : a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total cost is payable on confirmation of your booking
  • If the final wedding day payment is not received within 48 hours of your wedding day, we reserve the sole right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be non-refundable.

Cancellation Terms

  • If you cancel your confirmed appointment your payment is non-refundable.

If we are obliged to cancel your Booking: we will refund you the total amount paid in full within 24 hours.

Prices

We reserve the right to change any price or package offering at any time without prior notice. However, where a Booking and price has already been agreed the Booking will be honoured at that price

Last Minute Bookings

We accept last minute Bookings subject to:

  • availability
  • payment received in cleared funds of the TOTAL COST prior to the Booking Date

Indemnity

  • The client agrees to hold harmless Age Perfect Beauty and all makeup artists and hair stylists contracted through Age Perfect Beauty from any liability, including financial (loss of income, loss of contracts, loss of profit) or non-financial, resulting from allergic reactions, injuries, losses, damage of any kind, costs, claims and actions (including negligence) that may occur howsoever arising.
